Jeffrey A. Tucker, the Editorial Director at the American Institute for Economic Research was my guest on today’s show. They have been publishing a lot of material that has been highlighting the lack of evidence being produced to support the idea that lockdowns are effective at preventing the spread of covid-19. These are massive and unprecedented measures and now that we have almost a year’s worth of data to examine how effective our attempts around the world have been in dealing with the pandemic I think it is right to discuss whether these measures have been effective and proportionate. We all want the best for our individual countries and families and having a robust discussion about how we achieve that is the best way to do that. This was a really interesting and educational interview for me and I hope you will get something out of it. This episode is also the first that is available to watch on YouTube, we’ve moved to video, it’s all very exciting.
